1. Data controller

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to an enquiry from a form or the assistant (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Sending the catalogue (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR).
• Marketing information, if you give your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Conversations with the AI assistant: storing the conversation content without contact details, and protection against misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Visit statistics and traffic sources, without analytics cookies.

3. Recipients of data

Hostinger (hosting), OpenAI (assistant model; question content without contact details), kamai.pl CRM (same controller), map tile provider (IP address when tiles are loaded).

4. How long we keep data

Assistant conversations: 12 months. Sales enquiries: 3 years.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, Poland).

6. Transfers outside the EEA

Questions to the assistant are processed by OpenAI; the transfer rules and safeguards will be described by a lawyer.

7. Cookies and browser storage

The site stores your language choice (localStorage) and assistant conversation and visit data (sessionStorage) in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. Videos are played from our own server only after you click.
